3.5"H x 3"L x 1.45"W Rooster, Made In Japan Chicken Collectible Vintage Piece

It has obvious paint missing on the Comb and Waffles, The paint on the eyes, beak and grass still seems to be intact and present. There are no chips or damages to note on this item.
It is marked Japan on the Tail Bottom of the item.
The bottom appears to have an old Woolworth label on the bottom, so it is at least 27 years old since Woolworth went defunct in July of 1997.
The other tag is almost completely illegible except when looked at very closely, also appears to say Woolworth on it, the other Woolworth tag has faded numbers on it 11-5 and 230 are the only ones that seem to be legible at all on the Woolworth label. I imagine one was a department designation sticker while the other was the price sticker.
