This has no clasp, and the circumference all the way around is 32", Measured with it spread out is 16", excluding the hanging embellishment on the end which increases the hanging length overall by 3-1/2".
This is a crocheted seed bead necklace. It has hundreds of pearl-like seed beads. The majority of these that I have found are from the 1970s. This is not a heavy necklace. Very lightweight.
