Milton Brechner was president of a company that manufactured stuffed toy animals for sale to carnivals. Brechner itself is difficult to find information on. They were a plush company that supplied carnival toys but they got in trouble and ended up out of business for being shady. (I had some Brechner & Dan Bechner plush I was curious about & that’s about the most I got, very little finding on the actual toys)

While unable to locate this carnival prize plush, still with its hanging strings used to hand prizes up to choose from, it would seem this piece is from the 1980's era. The company ended business in the late 80's or early 90's from what I can find.

Received in Plastic Bag, appears to be in mint condition, stitching, yes and nose are in mint condition as well.

Had only the manufacturer tag attached simply stating:
