Purchased by my parents at the time of its release. They took very good care of their 40-60-Year-Old record collection. Comes with the original cover and inner record protection sleeve. Both are in Excellent condition for their age, with only normal discoloration after all these years, and no record impressions on the cover. I have never seen one that was misprinted in this fashion and I have no clue on how it could have happened, except that this may have been left over from the original print for some reason and was stamped again with the new Category # assigned since the first issue was a gatefold item, the reissue was not, so they had to change category numbers. This cover was also a reprint that removed the notation of the original cover advertising a free poster. Even without the misprinted Matrix, this is harder to find than the original with the amended printing of the cover, could not find one and I researched for hours and could not find anything similar to this situation.
