Damaged Condition (See the last two photos, Chip on the edge as pictured, we do not have the missing chip and have priced this accordingly. It could probably be touched up with paint and not be noticeable when peered at solely as it is displayed.
This commemorative Holiday plate was put out by Warner Brothers Animation Studio in 1997.
