Looks very old, its beak is sewn completely to the face and the feet are merely an extension of the body, very much unlike how such plush have been made since the 80s, so for that reason believe that this is prior to that time.

The stitching, eyes, nose are all firmly in place with no flaws found upon inspection of all the stitching, it came to us in a plastic bag where it has been stored, probably for many years.
