This had no covering on it, but appears to be the complete Skein, but cannot say absolutely that this is the case since it has not been in my possession.

Sky Blue appears to be full Klein
Pastel Yellow is maybe a 3rd of the Blue
Multi Color is rolled up in 2" Ball
All three are the same thickness and material of yarn, Acrylic I believe.
• 100% acrylic, #3 light weight yarn.
• 9.0 oz
• Machine washable. Imported.
• Crochet gauge, size H-8 (5mm) hook: 16 sc and 20 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
• Knit gauge in st st, size 5 (3.75mm) needles: 22 sts and 30 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
